Description
The Ajax MotionCam Outdoor PhOD detector monitors outdoor areas and takes photos. In the event of an alarm, it sends a series of images to the app; with the photo on demand (PhOD) function, you can also take a photo of the area at any time.
Who is it for?
For homeowners and businesses who want to know what is happening before they react: gardens, courtyards, driveways, private car parks, the surroundings of warehouses.

- Two infrared sensors, adjustable detection up to 15 m; mounted 0.8–1.3 m above the ground.
- Photo by alarm, on demand, by scenario or by schedule; series of 1 to 5 images at 320×176 or 640×352 pixels.
- Anti-masking (obstacle, paint, adhesive tape) and immunity to animals up to 80 cm tall, once properly set up.

Compatibility
It works with the Hub 2, Hub 2 Plus and Superior Hub Hybrid control panels. To place it further from the control panel, use a ReX 2, which relays photos; the first-generation ReX does not support MotionCam detectors.

Verifying a night-time alarm in the garden, checking a terrace while on holiday, or watching the back of a shop.
PhOD or High Mount?
This model is mounted at about chest height. The MotionCam Outdoor High Mount PhOD is fixed between 2 and 4 m, out of reach, and adds a microwave sensor to its two PIR sensors.
