Alarm response option — €25 per month
€25 excl. VAT per month (€30.25 incl. VAT). 12-month subscription, paid in full at the time of order: €300 excl. VAT (€363.00 incl. VAT). Each on-site intervention is then billed €75 excl. VAT (€90.75 incl. VAT).
What actually happens
After an alarm and a positive verification, an agent physically travels to your site. They assess the situation, secure it if necessary, and report back to you.
It is the logical follow-up to dispatching: dispatching alerts the emergency services, this option sends someone to check and represent you on site.
Who intervenes
Alarm response, rounds and patrols are carried out by European Private Security, a company licensed by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0549945656. Service details: rounds, patrols and alarm response by European Security.
Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance are provided by Belgium Security Brussels, a company licensed by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0666948937.
For whom
For businesses and second homes, where nobody can get there within the hour. And for everyone who travels: a door forced on a Friday evening stays forced until Monday if nobody goes to close it.
