Who Will Visit Your Property
Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance are carried out by Belgium Security Brussels, a company approved by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0666948937.
Post-alarm interventions are carried out by European Private Security, a company approved by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0549945656.
Installation — €250
Flat rate for up to 10 elements, within a 15 km radius of Brussels. Includes reconnaissance, installation, radio signal testing at each location before drilling, application configuration, zone and scenario setup, full testing, and explanation of operation.
Beyond 15 km, an additional travel supplement of €100 applies. For more than 10 elements, additional devices are billed per unit — send us your list, and we will confirm the amount before the intervention.
M2M SIM Card — €8/month
Highly recommended. An alarm connected only to the internet has an obvious weakness: cut the box, and nothing gets out. The M2M encrypted SIM card with a Belgian number is the backup channel: the control panel automatically switches to the mobile network and continues to transmit alarms and photos.
This is a de facto condition for any connection to the dispatch center. 12-month contract, paid in full upon order (€96).
Dispatching — €10/month
In case of an alarm, an operator performs doubt removal based on verification images. If an intrusion is confirmed, they directly call the police, fire brigade, or an ambulance depending on the situation, without waiting for you to answer.
Up to 4 zones per subscription. 12-month contract, paid in full upon order (€120). Requires photo verification detectors.
Post-Alarm Intervention — €35/month
An agent will physically travel to your site after a verified alarm: assessment, securing, and reporting. Up to 2 interventions per year included, subsequent interventions are billed per occurrence. 12-month contract, paid in full upon order (€420). Requires the dispatching option.
Essential for a business or second home where no one can travel within an hour.

Omnium — Upon Request
An omnium contract covers maintenance, inspection visits, and replacement of faulty equipment over time. The scope and price depend on the size and age of the installation: we provide a proposal on a case-by-case basis.
