Installation and Services

Installation and services

Equipment is not everything. A badly placed alarm protects badly, and an alarm that rings into the void does not protect at all. Here is what we offer around the product. All prices below include 21% VAT; the amount excluding VAT is shown in brackets.

Who comes to your premises

Installation, repairs and maintenance are carried out by Belgium Security Brussels, a company licensed by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0666948937.

Alarm response call-outs are carried out by European Private Security, a company licensed by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0549945656.

Installation — €302.50 incl. VAT (€250 excl. VAT)

Flat fee for up to 10 items, within a 15 km radius of Brussels. Includes the site survey, fitting, testing the radio signal at each location before drilling, app configuration, setting up zones and scenarios, a full test and an explanation of how it works.

Beyond 15 km, a travel surcharge of €121 incl. VAT (€100 excl. VAT) applies. Beyond 10 items, additional devices are charged per unit — send us your list and we will confirm the amount before the visit.

M2M SIM card — €9.68/month incl. VAT (€8 excl. VAT)

Strongly recommended. An alarm connected only via the internet has an obvious weak point: switch off the router and nothing gets out. The encrypted M2M SIM card with a Belgian number is the backup channel: the control panel switches automatically to the mobile network and keeps transmitting alarms and photos.

In practice it is a condition for any connection to dispatching. 12-month contract, paid in one instalment with the order (€116.16 incl. VAT).

Alarm dispatching — from €21.78/month incl. VAT (€18 excl. VAT)

In the event of an alarm, an operator carries out alarm verification using the verification images. If the intrusion is confirmed, they call the police, the fire brigade or an ambulance directly depending on the situation, without waiting for you to pick up. That is the difference between a siren that rings and a response that gets under way.

The price follows the number of monitored zones: €21.78/month for a private individual up to 10 zones, €42.35/month from 10 to 20 zones, €59.29/month from 20 to 40 zones, €83.49/month from 40 to 60 zones — prices incl. VAT. 12-month contract, paid in one instalment with the order. Requires photo-verification detectors.

Alarm response — €30.25/month incl. VAT (€25 excl. VAT)

An officer physically travels to your site after a verified alarm: assessment, securing the premises, report. 12-month contract, paid in one instalment with the order (€363.00 incl. VAT, i.e. €300 excl. VAT), then €90.75 incl. VAT (€75 excl. VAT) per intervention on site. Physical intervention area: Brussels and its outskirts (other areas on request). Requires the dispatching option.

Rounds, patrols and interventions are carried out by European Private Security, a company licensed by the FPS Home Affairs: rounds, patrols and alarm response by European Security.

Essential for a shop or a second home, where nobody can get there within the hour.

Repairs and maintenance

A fault, a system extension, an annual service: Belgium Security Brussels provides the after-installation service. Write to us via the contact form to arrange an appointment.

Omnium — on request

An omnium contract covers maintenance, inspection visits and the replacement of faulty equipment over time. The scope and price depend on the size and age of the installation: we draw up a proposal case by case.

Write to us via the contact form with the list of your equipment and the year it was installed.

The configuration we recommend

Installation + SIM card + dispatching is the combination that turns an alarm into real protection: properly fitted, able to transmit even without internet, and monitored by someone who calls the emergency services for you. Add the alarm response service if nobody can get to the site quickly.
