Alarm and camera installer in Belgium
SecuriShop is both a retailer and an installer: the equipment sold in this shop is the equipment we install and service for our customers in Belgium. We work for private individuals, the self-employed, shops, offices and industrial sites.
What an installation costs

A ‘component’ is a device: control panel, detector, opening contact, keypad, siren, remote control. A basic kit has three or four of them, a complete house eight to ten. All shop prices are shown excluding VAT; 21 % VAT is added at payment.
The ranges we install
We only install equipment that we distribute ourselves, for one simple reason: it is what lets us handle repairs and spare parts afterwards.
- Ajax — wireless, photo verification, a polished app: the most requested range in residential use.
- VESTA — Grade 2 wireless or hybrid with the V-MAX wired bus, alarm and home automation in the same control panel.
- Dahua AirShield — alarm and video controlled from a single app.
- Dahua IP cameras and NVR recorders — with the hard drive sized according to the desired retention period.
- Paradox, Honeywell and Pyronix / Hikvision — wired and hybrid, for cabled installations.

Have it installed or install it yourself
Let us be straightforward: with wireless, many of our customers install it themselves, and it is perfectly feasible. The kits are paired at the factory, each component is added by registering it in the app, and pre-purchase technical advice is free either way.
Calling in an installer has a precise benefit: placing the detectors on the unavoidable routes rather than in the large rooms, testing the radio level before drilling, setting the delays so the system does not end up permanently disarmed, and taking over an existing installation. That is where the difference lies between a system that protects and a system that gets switched off.

How much does installing an alarm in Belgium cost?
€250 excl. VAT for up to 10 components, plus €100 excl. VAT for travel beyond 15 km from Brussels. Equipment is ordered separately from the shop, at the prices shown.
Do you install in Brussels?
Yes, Brussels and its outskirts are our main service area and travel there is included in the flat rate.
Is a subscription required?
No. An installation with no subscription at all works: you receive the notifications and you decide. The dispatching and the response following an alarm are monthly options, never an obligation.
Do you take over an existing installation?
It depends on the equipment in place. Write to us with your control panel reference: we check compatibility and what can be kept before proposing anything.
Do you have to declare your system?
Yes. In Belgium, an alarm system installed in a home must be declared to the federal contact point; the declaration is free and is made online. For cameras, the declaration is separate and is confirmed every year — see our article on declaring cameras.
