What we do

We are both retailers and fitters: the equipment we sell is the same equipment that we install and service on a daily basis in Belgium.

• Sale of alarm systems — wireless, wired and hybrid: Ajax, VESTA, Dahua AirShield, Paradox, Honeywell, Pyronix / Hikvision.
• Sale of CCTV cameras — Dahua IP cameras, motorised PTZ cameras, thermal cameras, NVR recorders and CCTV hard drives.
• Professional installation — a flat rate of €302.50 incl. VAT (€250 excl. VAT) for up to 10 items, including fitting, commissioning and a briefing on handover. For distances of more than 15 km from Brussels, a travel surcharge of €121 incl. VAT (€100 excl. VAT) applies.
• Setup and configuration — zones, time delays, users, notifications, mobile app, connecting cameras to the NVR.
• Maintenance and repairs — replacement of batteries and detectors, takeover of an existing system, diagnosis of false alarms.
• Technical advice before purchase — compatibility, storage sizing, choice of the number of detectors. The configurator guides you through a few questions.
• Remote monitoring and response — dispatching and alarm verification from €21.78/month incl. VAT (€18/month excl. VAT), post-alarm response at €30.25/month incl. VAT (€25/month excl. VAT) + €90.75 incl. VAT (€75 excl. VAT) per intervention.

Frequently asked questions

Do you install alarm systems in Belgium?

Yes. We install alarm systems throughout Belgium, with a flat rate of €302.50 incl. VAT (€250 excl. VAT) for up to 10 components and a travel surcharge of €121 incl. VAT (€100 excl. VAT) for distances over 15 km from Brussels.

Do you install Ajax systems?

Yes. Ajax is the range we install most often in residential properties: the control panel, photo-verified detectors, keypad, sirens, followed by full configuration of the app. See the Ajax range.

Do you install Dahua cameras?

Yes, IP and analogue cameras, with the recorder and hard drive sized according to the desired retention period. A useful reminder: in Belgium, a CCTV installation must be declared and confirmed every year.

Can I buy just the equipment?

Yes. The vast majority of our customers fit the products themselves: the kits are paired at the factory, and installation is not compulsory. Technical advice prior to purchase remains free of charge.

Do you carry out installations in Brussels?

Yes, Brussels and its surrounding area are our main service area: travel there is included in the installation package.

Do you work with private individuals and businesses?

Both. Private individuals, self-employed people, shops, offices and industrial sites. All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT (21%). The amount before VAT is shown below each price, and the invoice sets out the VAT for business customers; we invoice both private individuals and companies with a VAT number.
