What dispatching does
In the event of an alarm, your system transmits the event and verification images to our dispatching center. An operator performs doubt removal: they examine the photos and verify if it's a real intrusion.
If the doubt is removed, the operator directly contacts the appropriate service — police, firefighters, or ambulance depending on the nature of the alarm — without waiting for you to answer.
Why it's crucial
An unverified alarm is treated as low priority by emergency services, if it's treated at all. An alarm verified by an operator triggers a priority response. This is the entire difference between a siren blaring in vain and an actual intervention.
It also addresses the most common scenario: you're in a meeting, on a plane, or simply don't see the notification. The dispatching, however, won't miss the alert.
Conditions
- €10/month — 12-month contract, i.e., €120 paid in full at the time of order
- Up to 4 zones per subscription
- Requires a system with photo verification (MotionCam detectors)
- The system must be connected via IP and/or GSM — we highly recommend the M2M SIM card as a backup channel
