This policy forms an integral part of our general terms and conditions of sale. Seller: Belgium Security Brussels SRL (SecuriShop), Kaasmarkt 24, 1780 Wemmel, CBE 0666.948.937, info@securishop.be, 0800 37 087.

1. Delivery zones

We deliver in Belgium. Deliveries to other European Union countries are possible on prior request and are subject to a specific quote.

Collection by appointment in Wemmel is possible for certain items; please contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated according to weight, volume and destination. They are displayed and itemised before the final confirmation of your order: you know the exact amount before you pay.

Delivery rates may change at any time, in particular in line with our carriers' rate scales, fuel surcharges or seasonal revisions. The rate applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of its confirmation; any subsequent change has no effect on an order that has already been confirmed.

Bulky or heavy equipment — rack cabinets, large-format screens, storage servers, interactive whiteboards — may require pallet delivery or specialised transport, invoiced separately and announced before ordering.

3. Delivery times

The delivery times stated are indicative. They depend on the carrier and on the product's availability from the manufacturer or distributor.

The delivery time consists of two parts:

  • the preparation time, which depends on availability: immediate for an item in stock, longer for an item ordered from the manufacturer;
  • the transit time, specific to the carrier.

Part of our catalogue is not kept permanently in stock. These items are ordered from the manufacturer or distributor on receipt of your order, which lengthens the preparation time. Should the delivery time prove unusually long, we will inform you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling.

Transit is beyond our control. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer control the actual delivery time. We nevertheless remain your point of contact and will make the necessary enquiries with the carrier in the event of delay or loss.

In accordance with Belgian law, and unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery takes place no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract. If this deadline is not met, the consumer may call on us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, terminate the contract and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.

4. Order tracking

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number. This number allows you to follow the shipment directly on the carrier's website.

5. Receiving the parcel

Delivery is made to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is accurate: an incomplete or incorrect address may result in delay, return to sender and re-shipping costs payable by you.

If you are absent, the carrier applies its own procedure: a new delivery attempt, availability at a pick-up point or return to sender after the holding period.

Check the condition of the parcel on receipt. In the event of visible damage or missing items, record a precise reservation with the carrier and notify us as soon as possible, if possible with photographs of the packaging and contents. A precise reservation is a condition for any claim against the carrier.

6. Transfer of risk

For the consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes at the moment they take physical possession of the goods, or when a third party designated by them takes possession.

For the business customer, the risk passes as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.

7. Partial delivery

Where an order contains items with different availability, we may deliver in several shipments, at no extra cost to you. The withdrawal period then starts on receipt of the last parcel.

8. Installation

Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or installation, nor the removal of packaging.

If you would like a professional installation, it is carried out by Belgium Security Brussels SRL, a security company authorised by the FPS Home Affairs under number 0666.948.937, and is ordered separately. It requires an appointment and is subject to its own terms.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays resulting from an event of force majeure: strike or industrial dispute at the carrier, exceptional weather conditions, road blockage, supply shortage at the manufacturer, decision by the authorities, fire or cyberattack.

10. Questions

For any questions about a delivery: info@securishop.be or 0800 37 087.
