Description
The Ajax Hub 2 alarm kit with keypad and indoor siren brings together the Hub 2 hub (Ethernet and dual GSM), a PIRCAM photo-verification motion detector, an opening contact, a keypad, an indoor siren and a remote control.
This black version of the kit contains the same items as the white kit, in a black finish.
What the kit covers
The starting configuration for an apartment or a compact house: a passage room protected with a photo on every alarm, the front door monitored, a siren inside, and two ways to arm: the keypad near the entrance, the remote control on your way out.
Where to place it
Detector at about 2.4 m high, so that the intruder crosses the field, away from sunny windows and radiators. Keypad indoors, near the entrance, never on an outside façade. Indoor siren outside the protected room.
What is still missing, frankly
No outdoor siren: the indoor one warns the occupants but does not deter before a break-in. Add a StreetSiren. If you want a keypad with badge reader, see the Hub 2 kit with RFID keypad.
What to add
One DoorProtect per access. All alarm kits and the Ajax alarm range are online.
No subscription needed. Declaration on police-on-web within 10 days; installation by Belgium Security Brussels possible.
