Description
The Ajax Hub 2 Plus control panel is the most connected model in the range: two 4G/3G/2G SIM cards, Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Four transmission channels in total, which makes it very difficult to isolate.
This black version is technically identical to the white version: same operation, same compatibility. It blends in more discreetly on a dark wall, frame or furniture.
Why channel redundancy matters
A burglar preparing a break-in often starts by cutting the line. On a single-channel control panel, the alarm goes off but the alert is not sent. The Hub 2 Plus automatically switches from one channel to another: if the internet is cut, it switches to 4G; if an operator is down, it uses the second SIM.
That is the difference between an alarm that rings and an alarm that warns.
What the Hub 2 Plus adds compared to the Hub 2
- Wi-Fi in addition to Ethernet — useful when the control panel cannot be placed near the router.
- Two SIMs instead of one, on two different operators if you wish.
- Greater device and user capacity, for installations that grow.

Photo verification
The Hub 2 Plus supports photo-verification detectors. Every alarm arrives with images: you can verify the situation from your phone in a few seconds, without going anywhere. This is also what allows a dispatching centre to confirm the intrusion before calling the police, as required by the Royal Decree of 25 April 2007.
What to plan with it
Photo-verification detectors · outdoor siren · keypad or remote control · an M2M SIM card for the mobile channel.
Legal obligation in Belgium
A system not connected to a monitoring centre must be declared on police-on-web within ten days of being put into service, then confirmed every year. It is free and takes a few minutes — see our guide.
