On the switching side, the PoE+ models from five to sixteen ports power a small group of cameras; check that the stated PoE budget covers the sum of the loads, and not simply that there are enough ports. On the routing side, the VPN and multi-WAN routers open up remote access to the recorder, and the 4G LTE or 5G models equip sites with no fixed line.
